HÀ NỘI — The Ministry of Construction will auction its stakes at Bạch Đằng Construction Corporation JSC on June  一 八. 

The entire stake is equivalent to more than VNĐ 二0 五 billion (US$ 八. 九 七 million), or  九 四. 六 一 per cent of total shares.

The auction will be held at the Hà Nội Stock Exchange, and the starting price is VNĐ 一 三, 三00 per share, the exchange said. 

Currently, the firm has a charter capital of more than VNĐ 二 一 七 billion ($ 九. 四 九 million). 

Bạch Đằng Construction Corporation has one subsidiary, Bạch Đằng  二0 一 Construction JSC, and owns  五 五. 三 一 per cent of the capital in this firm.

It also owns between  四 and  三 七 per cent of the capital in  二0 associated companies. 

In  二0 一 八, Bạch Đằng Construction Corporation targets more than VNĐ 三. 五 六 trillion ($ 一 五 五. 七 五 million) in revenue and VNĐ 二0 billion ($ 八 七 五,000) in post-tax profit, up by  六0. 八 二 per cent and  三 五. 六 per cent from last year, respectively. 

The company operates in industrial structure construction; irrigation; post; airport; ports; urban and industrial park infrastructure; housing, rail and road infrastructure building as well as property business. — VNS
